Call for sponsor, partner, and speakers

Five months ago—on September 22, 2025—we rebranded as Physical AI Builders in Menlo Park with a simple conviction: the people building embodied intelligence and real-world autonomy needed a dedicated place to meet—high-signal, builder-first, and focused on deployment, not hype.

Today, just five months later, the momentum is real — and accelerating. With 20,000 strong, We’ve grown into a high-signal community of founders, engineers, investors, and operators across Silicon Valley and Texas — and now expanding coast-to-coast and online.

We’re building this together

This next phase is explicitly collaborative. Here’s how to plug in.

Speakers and demo builders If you’re building at the frontier—robots, autonomous systems, humanoids, simulation/digital twins, physical infrastructure, factory automation, AI-native operations—we’re actively curating talks and demos across the forum, showcase, and summit series. Multiple public listings link to speaker/showcase application forms (and describe rolling selection in some cases).

We’re also expanding programming formats beyond stage talks. There is a live-recording event page for the Physical AI Podcast, positioned as an interactive taping with audience Q&A and a call for future guests.

Sponsors and partners If your company wants to be aligned with builders and decision-makers in Physical AI, the summit’s public sponsorship page lays out sponsorship tiers (including demo tables and multi-tier packages) and frames distribution across major channels, with projected on-site and online reach.

Stepping back, this isn’t just “brand visibility.” If you believe, as many analysts do, that agents + robotics will drive trillion-dollar-scale economic value over time, then supporting builder ecosystems early is a form of strategic positioning.

Supporters (operators, connectors, volunteers) Not everyone contributes by giving a talk. Community posts have also explicitly recruited volunteer support roles to help the ecosystem run—program management, convening, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes builder communities durable.

A concrete sponsor contact email (for specific events) also appears directly in multiple event listings, alongside speaker/showcase form links.

The moment is now

“The moment Physical AI stops being the future and starts being built is now.”

Whether you’re building in Texas, scaling factories and logistics across Mexico, shipping robotics and infrastructure in California, or joining digitally from anywhere—this is an invitation to help make the physical world intelligent.
